While Sarah Jessica Parker's hot pink dress beautifully showed off her hot body at the premiere of new movie Did You Hear About the Morgans? yesterday, she may have regretted her decision for two reasons.

All was well while her long velvet coat was in place, but as the cover-up came off, Ms Parker clearly felt something slipping as the strapless dress began heading south.

But a mishap almost occurred as the actress attempted to readjust the outfit, very nearly exposing herself to the waiting photographers.

Thankfully, a malfunction was avoided and she carefully smoothed the stunning pink mini-dress back into place.
